Hello, all. This is just a quick heads up to let you know that vandalism to cell towers and cable lines in a portion of Washington State is preventing us from connecting to the internet or phone systems. The ETA keeps moving but we are hoping to be back up and running, shortly.
We have a long waitlist that we are working on and everyone who received a notice that their supplies were on the way should refer to the tracking info that we sent. We will be unable to assist with tracking packages until we’ve regained connectivity. The kind that does not involve sitting in a 7-11 parking lot, in a different city where we can access the Internet, as I am right now. In fact, I’ve just been asked to move after sitting here for an hour responding to emails and placing orders. 😬
We are wishing the best for everyone as both freezing temperatures and the roll out of new political agendas come together to leave many people more than stressed. Hang in there. We are thinking of you all and will respond more, as soon as possible.
